Sales Support Engineer
Position offered
Inside Sales Support Engineer.
Job Description
The selected engineer will work, under guidance of the sales manager, to:
- Provide technical and application support;
- Give training courses and presentations on Intrinsic Safety and Functional Safety (SIL) in house and at customer sites.
- Responding to customer’s telephone and e-mail enquiries.
- Prepare quotations using the proprietary on-line software.
- Maintaining customer relationships; including quotations follow-up.
- Attending exhibitions (North America) as requested.
Requested skills
- BS Engineering degree.
- Knowledge of basic instrumentation principles.
- Previous working experiences in related field a plus.
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to sales and customer support.
- Ability to self organize.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
