GM International Safety Inc. respects your concerns about maintaining strict privacy and your privacy is very important to us.
GM International Safety Inc. respects your right to privacy.
When you order from us and/or provide us with personal identifiable information they are kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other company or agency for any purpose other then processing your order.
Information Collection
In order to provide the services you request, we must collect some information. The information that you divulge to us is kept in confidence.
We do not collect personally identifiable information on our web site or otherwise unless you choose to give it to us via our online forms, an electronic mail message, a phone call, or by postal mail. The type of information you provide may include email address, name, mailing address, billing address, city, state, zip code and phone number and are required to process the order/s you place with us.
Credit Card Information
Credit card information are not collected by G.M. international Safety Inc., nor they are stored on our server. They are collected directly by the merchant bank service provider (www.yourpay.com) on their secure server. Fcor information on the security of the credit card transaction refer directly to the merchant service provider.
Use of Information
When you choose to give us information, we keep it confidential. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable information with third parties. However, to be able to ship and track your order we make your name, address & telephone number available to the shipping company (UPS) or to the U.S. Postal service.
We maintain records of individuals who order from us to provide information and assistance. We will collect general information (such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, and the domain name and country from which you request information) for statistical purposes and to improve our web site and better meet your needs.
Change or delete information
You have the right to have the personal identifiable information you provided to us modified and/or cancelled from our database at all time. To modify your account just edit it from the user panel. To delete your profile from our server a written request to G.M. International Safety Inc. must be sent by e.mail, fax or registered mail. Your name, account number & password must be specified in the cancellation request.
Other Information
The G.M. International Safety Inc. web site may contain links to other web sites. We do not endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those sites.
Additionally, our web pages contain "cookies," which are data that are sent to your web browser and stored on your computer. This allows our server to "recognize" you when you surf our pages. These session cookies have an expiration time limited to 48hours. Most web browsers can be configured to not accept cookies, or to notify you if a cookie is sent to you. How can I change my details once I sign up?

| All personal details can be changed by accessing the control panel after log-in. The only data that cannot be changed is the company name.
The account is personal and cannot be used by a different entity. |
